Error 7400

My TiVo box is showing error code 7400. I have had my box for a year but I have no channels and Netflix is saying it hasn't been installed even though I was watching it yesterday! I have tried calling 0345 454 1111 and it constantly says everyone is busy please try later. Please help

As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 this is a box activation error and usually occurs with equipment being replaced or swapped around.

Sorry to say, you will need to try calling again to get this resolved. Either the normal C/S number (0345 4541111) or activations (0800 9539500)

My equipment hasn't been swapped or replaced,it's the same box I was watching last night!

Whatever the "cause" that code means the box needs activating, it somehow has been deactivated, follow the correct advice given by japitts.
