Since we’ve moved accounts to the new address we had no end of problems, the latest one with TV, showing error 7400, right on the screen. Online no help, informing us that ‘ooops, something broken’.
Anybody knows how to fix it?
Unfortunately your box has been deactivated so you will have to phone in to get it reactivated. You will need to have your account number and the box's serial number to hand when phoning in.
