Brothers TV box has the 7400 error. Had it a while so not new. Havnt changed anything with our contract etc, nothing should have expired/changed as i only rang a few months ago as deal period ended.
its a new type but one of the basic ones. just all of a sudden showing that error and he has no channels.
that error message means the box needs activating. This normally only happens when it's a new box, or hasn't been used for a considerable time.
Try rebooting the box please. If the error persists then you need to phone . 0800 953 9500.to get the box re-activated

All sorted, brother rang, automated system said there wasnt an error and all of a sudden it started working
