Error 7400

Hello, I hope somebody can please help me with this.

My package has recently updated and now tv is showing error 7400.

Restarted boxes, waited half an hour, no change.

Cant run any sort of test as the test section on the website is down.

Tried calling but call centre is shut.

How can I fix this?
