I set my Virgin TV box up yesterday and it is still coming up with Error 7400 and most channels missing (looks like the HD channels). I have gone through the tests using the Virgin website and there are no known issues in my area or with the box. The website says the error code means my box is not activated. I have tried to contact customer service but been on hold for over an hour and then cut off every time I try to call. Can anyone help please?
Thanks for your help. I couldn't get through on the phone but the issue now appears to have been fixed so I think they must have either picked up my request automatically or the initial activation took much longer than quoted. Looks fine now. Thanks again.
