Error 7400, can't create account to fix

I'm getting error 7400 on our second V box. I tried calling but automated system said everything was working normally and to reset box. Tried reset on box and still not working. Called again and told to fix via the website but I can't create an account to get into website! Please help or advise or a number where I can actually speak to a human.

If you're having problems resolving this online using then you'll need to call the activations line.

0800 9539500, I'd recommend having the box serial number handy, as a precaution.
