We need our hub moving from upstairs to downstairs and our tv moved to the other side of the room, are engineers working at the moment to do this?
It would certainly be classed as low priority, and in any case charged at £99.
You could call C/S and ask - that's probably the best way. I suspect you'd be told no if internal cabling is involved, but there's one way to know for sure.
