After several calls my virgin tv is still not working. Now my broadband is now not working. I was sent a text message to book an appointment but the link doesn’t allow me to book an engineer. Can someone please help?
VM staff respond to posts on here, but it can take several days, this is primarily a user forum - faults are usually best called through to 150.
What is the issue with your TV? Someone may just be able to advise...
