I have had an error code - S101 and loading at 16% since 3rd April.
All wires were tight and secure. All wires were then unplugged, and plugged back in securely. Nothing is loose.
I have run service status checks daily and they show that TV is not connected. I have reset the tivo box and I’ve even plugged in the extra tivo box that I never use, still no luck.
I have read through all comments on this community chat and nothing seems to solve the problem.
I had the same problem in January and had to have an engineer come out. I have called (no answer), text (no answer), instant messaged (no answer) and tweeted yet nobody can help me.
