Why will my PPV movie not play
ERROR CODE ES004 keeps coming up, come on VM it should not be this hard to do
£13.99 paid. no tech hitch with that part of the transaction !!!! and now cant watch my movie , call the help line and 'Your a little bit busy'
Im a loyal VM customer and getting a little fed up with defending your brand to my SKY friends

I've had same issue the past 48 hours too
I have been getting the same error code since yesterday I have just rang virgin media store on 08000 270 0801 and they said they are aware of the error and they are trying to fix it !!!!

The store blame virgin, virgin blame the store ...
Either way my Internet works kids on YouTube on demand etc no issues only store.

Virgin media store a different company to virgin media, they blame VM for the error saying it’s their network issue
VMS wont give refund as you can view on other devices, VM aware of problem & trying to fix
shocking for customers , VMS still selling movies that you cannot watch and then blaming VM network
Virgin, it’s your brand and you really are letting loyal customers down, still no formal reply
go on Twitter and VM still asking customer to check their equipment etc when they know it’s their network issue
