DVR message has come up on my screen. No one at the call centres so how am I meant to solve this issue. Really not the time for the box not to be working with two children at home

you will need a new box sending out. text your name and issue to 07533051809 and they will sort it for you

Hi,if you use web chat on our website they will arrange to post you out a new set top box,I hope this helps.
