Hello I need to Downgrade my package as I can no longer afford it I have been trying for days to get I touch via phone , chat and message app . three time I have been chatting to someone on the text chat and they say I'll look into this for you and then I never get a reply . I was put into a new contract in fed as I changed the name on the account which I was paying for anyway and my bill doubled I'm getting to the point where I may just stop payment and then I'm sore you will be in touch straight away . its so easy to upgrade on the web site so it should be the same if you want to downgrade
