Downgrading

We want to change our package but all we keep getting is oops there seems to be a problem with my virgin media and the other half isn't overly impressed with hanging about on the phone for half an hour with no reply.

Is there an issue with the website?

While wait time on the phone can be a pain in the *bleep* you are better calling retentions as they may give you a better deal price wise call 150 options 1 1 4 5
