Downgrading my package

Hi,

Just wondering if someone could please help me. Im driving myself nuts by going around in circles looking for help. 

I want to downgrade my package, I don’t need the sports channels any more but I don’t know how to cancel them. I can see how to upgrade my package but not remove. 

any help would be much appreciated. Help a girl out! Ha

Service removals & downgrades can only be actioned by calling C/S on 150 (or 0345 4541111) and following the options for "adding and removing services".

Be aware that some premium channels (Sky Sports & Cinema notably) have a 30day notice period to cancel.
