I want to downgrade my TV package.
The website offers only upgrades, the helpline are down.
There is no email or live chat option.
Please assist me. It is not right for a customer to be unable to change their package. I do not wish to upgrade. Thank you. Please provide a viable contact option.
There is a text messaging service, but having used it you will probably just give up after a few days. I don't understand why you can't downgrade anything online.
