Most of the channels have a distorted picture. I have reset the TiVo box a number of times and it makes no difference.
If you've rebooted your box once and am still seeing picture breakup, this is often indicative of a fault somewhere causing poor incoming signal.
I would recommend you report this to VM by calling 150 (or 0345 4541111) and follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service".
If, in the meantime, you can identify any specific channels (HD? SD?) that are particularly affected, that can sometimes help.
