All channels are distorted and have reset, turned on and off, checked all cables connected. Unable to watch anything. Tried calling virgin today but sat on hold for 18 minutes then the call abruptly cut off. So frustrating. Been doing this for several weeks and thought would pass but no change.
Faults that cause poor signal (which causes pixellation) tend not to go away until the underlying problem has been resolved - symptoms may come & go, but that's probably the limit.
Check there's no reported area faults by calling 0800 5610061, but if it's been this long I wouldn't be surprised if you're the only affected customer. I can only really suggest calling again, or consider using the text message service (07533 051809)
