We have been having issues with the picture on almost all channels. It's really distorted some channels are unwatchable. I have reset the box and removed all the connections and seen no difference. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've been unable to get through to customer services and had no reply via the online message centre.
You can check for known area faults on 0800 5610061
If nothing's showing there, and you've rebooted your box, then there's quite likely a fault elsewhere (be it in your box or your cabling) that VM don't know about. You've realistically got 3 choices to report faults..
1: Use the text message service (07533 051809) and wait a couple of days
2: Wait on here for VM staff to respond, probably around a week on current form.
3: Call into 150, and don't give up until you get through. Perhaps try calling at different times, earlier in the day maybe. Grab an appropriate beverage and biscuit, and put your phone on loudspeaker while you wait.
