I have been experiencing distorted/pixelated picture and sound whilst watching live TV for the past few days.
I have restarted my Tivo box several times, checked all connections and tried a different HDMI cable. This did not fix my error.
I tried the online test. This started okay, but threw a Technical Error at 33% complete.
I tried to call, but gave up after 25 minutes on hold.
The only channels that seem to be unaffected are SKY Arts and SKY Sports Mix. Is this a sign....?

I'm glad that you have tried numerous tests to get this fixed

I'm glad the new equipment you received has fixed the issue.
