Desperate, anyone from Virgin on here

Is there anyone from Virgin on here that can help me get a new remote control? I have been trying for almost two weeks. I've been trying the text service too and all it does is cut me off and put me back in the queue. I have 151 texts!!!! And still no further forward. Cant use the app so cant use the TV. I'm seriously considering binning Virgin all together as the service gets progressively worse every time I use it.

A VM person will respond here - but it may take a few days. Try calling in (on 150 VM line - or 0345 454 1111 all others) at 08.00 - that's the best time to get through on the phone where they will sort it for you
