Damaged TV

An engineer damaged my TV when trying to resolve a fault. He advised that his manager would call me to arrange a replacement (he took pictures & a copy of my receipt). I never got a call & had to log a complaint. I have been advised that this can take up to 28 days to resolve -this is ridiculous . Has anyone had a similar problem?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm really sorry to hear that your TV has been damaged when one of our engineers has been out to fix a fault. 

When a complaint is raised we do aim to resolve this within 28 days but we always do our best to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible. 

Have you been given the complaints reference number?

Hello Emma , no I haven't been given a ref number.  I had to go through the team who cancel VM contracts to get the complaint raised. Is there someone I can contact to get the ref:?
