DVR has detected a serious problem

I have the dreaded green screen and a message to say the dvr has detected a serious problem (see attached photo). Have been trying to get through to customer services but having been on hold for over an hour I’m hoping I might have better luck on here. Can someone help? Thanks

Sorry to say.... but I can help by suggesting that you stay on the phone for a faults agent to answer?

Seriously though... calling and reporting is the quickest way.
