DVR Green Screen Serious Problem

Hi I have had a green screen stating a DVR serious problem it states after 3 hours to make contact .... I have been trying to contact virgin for over 3 days and still not got through to an actual person 

Unfortunately iv had no TV due to this for the last 3 days and its getting quite annoying now that I pay for a service and cant get the help or support that is stated 

Please could someone contact me to sort out this mess ..... thankyou

I'm afraid this is primarily a user-user forum, Virgin staff do respond but are currently taking upto a week.

You can try using the text message service (07533 051809) otherwise I can only suggest (with much sympathy) that you don't give up calling through.
