Having spent over 5 hours on the phone, I have been unable to talk to anyone who can help me with my problem.
I have installed my new virgin box and to my surprise I found I can not use it to record as it has no hard drive.
How do I get in touch with the appropriate person who can help me change it for one with a hard drive?

Is this "new box" a fault swap? Or new install?
