Does anyone have the customer service email address? I am seriously disappointed with the service I’ve received: previously a customer for 18 years (under my mother’s account), rejoined mid September, was told a box would be delivered in the 2nd October, it was then changed to the 10th and it would be delivered to a shop which is a mile away from my home, it didn’t give me the option of a home delivery. I was told I’d receive a text when it was delivered, I haven’t, so I’m assuming it wasn’t. I’ve tried to register with them online, it keeps saying the password is invalid. Seriously considering cancelling and getting Sky instead. I’m actually posting this in the hope that someone from Virgin will see this and reply to me.
