I purchased broadband with currys on 09.02.2020 after being advised 1st bill would need to come out through virgin to receive a £200 currys voucher to spend in the store and still have not received anything??
Please can someone help and guide me with who sends this voucher?? is it currys or vigin?
Asap response needed as our currys branch in Scunthorpe is open today and need this resolving.

If you have checked your emails [including the spam folder] and there isn't a voucher, then I can only advise speaking again with Currys as the point of purchase took place with Currys. If you received a confirmation email regarding the order, also do check if the order mentions the vouchers or has terms regarding how long before getting the voucher.
