I have my 30 day notice to Virgin Media in mid November, thus contract terminating in December. I have still not received my credit that is remaining in the account.
The problem is that I am in South America now and my phone is unable to ring or text UK numbers so I can’t speak to the helpline. My 90 days of the account is sometime next week and I have not received a cheque yet.
