Credit Owed - Virgin Media

Hello,

I have my 30 day notice to Virgin Media in mid November, thus contract terminating in December.
I have still not received my credit that is remaining in the account.

The problem is that I am in South America now and my phone is unable to ring or text UK numbers so I can’t speak to the helpline. My 90 days of the account is sometime next week and I have not received a cheque yet.

how should I proceed?

Thanks, Josh.

Re: Credit Owed - Virgin Media

Hi as this is a public forum bill issues can't be discussed on here, but you will have to hope that a virgin person will respond on here with a private message link, which may take 3 or 4 days.Regards Micky

Re: Credit Owed - Virgin Media

Hi Joshleb,

Thanks for your first post and welcome to the forums, I am sorry that you have not received your cheque, when you disconnected with us did you provide us with a UK forwarding address?

If not it would have been sent to your old property.

Thanks,

Zoie

Re: Credit Owed - Virgin Media

Thanks for the replies.

I don’t think I did give a forwarding address, but my friend who has moved into the flat after has said no post has arrived for me.

Am I able to get a friend to virgin media on behalf of me, or does it have to be the account holder?

Would it be possible to wait until June when I am back for a week?

Thanks

Josh

Hi Josh,

Thank you for coming back to us, as long as your friend knows your password then there is no problems them to call on your behalf. rrEgards
