Covid-19

Presently we are paying for BT Sport, but there is no sport. If you allowed us to downgrade online temporarily then we wouldn't have to ring your call centres and be waiting in a queue for ages.

Will you be crediting users from the start of the crisis? It's clearly not the fault of Virgin or anyone but, by the same token, times are about to become very difficult for a lot of people so every penny counts.
