Corry Please

Corry, last month you appeared to have helped me sort out the problems with my package and billing, alas Virgin have not cancelled my sports package and continue to charge for a service I believed was cancelled, can you please advise just how I can solve the problem without it costing me any more money and trouble.

John, I have no problem paying my Virgin bill for what I required, e.g. No Sports Package. I will be paying the bill today less the extra cost I have no intention of paying for Virgins mistakes.

Problem Solved

Thank you John for all your help, I can confirm the problem has been completely solved and Virgin have reduced the bill likewise. Thanks again,
