I’ve been trying to contact virgin for the last 10 days to cancel my contract as it goes up to £133 next month and I can’t afford this, I’ve had no luck I sit in the queue for 50 minutes then get cut off every time, I try to phone a few times a day and get the same. I know this is a busy time but there should be a option to downgrade on line like there is one to upgrade. I know a lot of people that are having the same problem...
