Contract price lost job

Hi i have just lost my job and cant find any option anywhere to try to change my new contract package to one i can afford. I did call 2 weeks then 1 week ago to change it but they said to wait for the renewal to arri e. Now the bill is doubling in a weeks time and i cannot afford it due to my circumstances. HELP

Thanks i have tried this and 150, i appreciate its busy, i guess ill keep trying. I dont want to clog it up with multiple requests too!
