Contract end date - COVID-19

My account is due to end on April 25 2020 as I am moving to another provider, unfortunately the tv installation for the new provider has been delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis, is it possible to pause my end date to allow to have access to TV services until mid June, please?

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum. Text in tomorrow after 8am.
