Hi Sue, your TV channels aren't carried over your WiFi so you have 2 separate issues here.
1: TV - I'd expect you to have an error message onscreen if you've lost TV channels - do you? Most likely Sxxx or W02? Put the code into error code help here to get some further advice, but it's likely to involve checking the incoming coax cable is finger tight.
2: WiFi - this will affect your TV Guide & VOD (on Demand TV). If you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, the top-right corner will advise on your internet connection and/or WiFi signal strength. Please be as exact as possible in describing what it reports?
