I've had a complete loss of services for 4 days now, my kids can't online to upload or do schoolwork, I can't work from home!!
I phone up and complain after 25+ years of service with VM/NTL Nynex and what do I get offered £10 credit TEN POUNDS!!!?
I want at least 1 weeks credit applied so £27 applied to my bill, not to mention you failed to tell people that subscribe to Sky Sports and BT sport that they can have a credit on their bill leaving it for people to find out via 3rd party websites!!
Shoddy service you run these days, WHERE HAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE!!!?
