I'm trying to sort out my mums virgin media account and getting a new account for my dad following the death of my mum.
I spoke to a virgin media advisor a few weeks ago who said my dad had been missold and he'd refer us to complaints department. He took all our contact details but we've heard nothing since.
How can I get in contact with the complaints department? Virginmedia twitter seem to be ignoring me!
contact them on facebook. if no reply then POST a message about them and they will contact you soon after as they dont like bad press

You should have been given a complaints reference number, but even if not they will move this forward and help.
