I received my new router and Tivo box yesterday, followed the instructions and got the internet working. I wired up the Tivo box and it is still (after leaving it overnight now) sat on the startup checklist "Configuring Network Settings". I rebooted it a couple of times yesterday which of course didn't help. When I phoned support she wouldn't assist other than saying I need to wait 40 minutes, despite explaining it had been hours already. I've tried a couple of different ethernet cables between the router and tivo (despite it not mentioning in the instructions to connect this) and still nothing.
Does anyone have any other ideas? I'm Back at work today so can't sit on hold for another hour to support!
