I am planning to move in to a flat and my daughter is planning to move into the top flat We want to check whether both flats had Virgin Media connection earlier?

Re: Checking Previous Connection To Flats We Plan To Move In.

Best thing to do is look inside for the coax connections:

Virgin coax outletVirgin coax outlet

Like the above or similar. VM connections do not normally use flush connection plates & are usually marked with a cable company logo (VM or one of its predecessors). Even if VMs records show the property as being serviced before, if you don't have these connections present you will need a manned install to reinstate them.

Virgin BB TV Landline. Freeview/Freesat HD, Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile. Cable customer since 1993
