Channel 5

It is so difficult to watch Channel 5. It keeps dropping out but if I leave it it does eventually come back. It makes it unpleasant to try to catch up on programs. I did need to reboot. My TiVo to get the channel at all as it was breaking up. I get error messages about being not connected but obviously not accurate. Can anything be done?

Sound like a signal level issue.

Give faults a call on 150 from your Virgin home or mobile phone.
