Change

On April 23, my contract ends. I want to opt out of television and telephone. I can't do it online. I only want to leave the Internet but I want to reduce my speed. I can not get through. Can you send me an email so that I can do it? I am tired of this lack of contact. I was left alone with three children. I have no more money for such high fees. Please help me or I'll stop paying. I won't have any other choice. Thank you.

you need to call in to make them chances.
With the Covid-19 the call centers are limited and you'll have to keep trying.

Don't just stop paying that will only effect you

I wrote a letter to virgin. I will terminate the contract by post. It's a shame you can't communicate with them
