Hello, i have been trying to get in touch with someone via phone and online for a week or two now and i am having no success in doing so. I am looking at maybe leaving virgin all together or cancelling my tv with them and just having broadband. Could someone get in touch with me ASAP.
I'm afraid the Vm Forum Team can't make package changes or cancel contracts
Normally you would contact VM and choose options 1,1 and 4 (Changes to your package) butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues
However you may have more success if you contact the cancellations team, they have a few more options and price points available.
You could try the text messaging service. Just send a text with a description of cancellation to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
Or write to them to as per the terms and conditions. If writing send it by registered post.
