Hi , I have no catch up or on demand . I’m a new user , can anyone help?
Firstly which TV box do you have... if you're not sure, check here - the internet connection differs between the 2.
Secondly, what's happening when you try to watch On Demand, is there any error message for example? You can get online help for many popular error codes at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes
Are your live TV channels ok?

Thanks for replying. It’s a V6 box and when I select catch up or on demand, I just get an empty black box. I’m rebooting the box just now to see if that helps.
In that case, also check your box has a working internet connection. Follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and look in the top-right.
When you say a black box - do the lead-in adverts play and then it goes black?
