Go to Home→Help&Settings→System Information→ Diagnostics. Look for the “Node Discovery Status”. If Node Discovery has failed, there is a signal level fault on the VOD frequencies. Often this is due to a network outage. Reboot the TiVo/V6 and if it still doesn't work send me a private message, not reply or quick reply, with your account number and area code/ postcode and I'll look into it for you.
