Cant get through

Having a nightmare, came to end of contract deal..now bill shot up, so I need to downgrade or even cancel if I can't bring prices down, tried calling for a month no answer, downloaded app, no answer, does anyone know Andy easier way to sort this..thanks.. looking at now broadband as they offer a good deal.

which number are you calling ? 

If you have VM landline call 150 they open at 8am call as early as possible that will cut down on your wait time choose options 1 1 4 5 Thinking of leaving us that will take you through to retentions.

it took me about an hour to get through about a month ago when I cancelled my sports and movies packs, I was paying £138 a month and that didn't even include HD Sports. Keep trying and you will suceed eventually

I called at 09:15 on Monday morning last week and got straight through, so call early in the day.
