Hi, just received a replacement hub3, followed the setup guide. Have a solid white light but cannot see this device on my available network list.
I’ve done a test on the app and it states everything is connected.
Any advice appreciated

Sorry to hear that you've had a new hub and it's not showing up on your network list.
The solid white light is a good sign, have you since managed to connect to the network?
