Cancelling

I want to change my hole package option due to it becoming too much to cover costs due to lost jobs during the corona outbreak, im unable to phone due to my phone being cancelled and need a way to either take away the sports package to be able to afford anything and have had no help whats so ever from yourselves. You should be able to amend your package however you like online. Soon as my contracts over and safe to do so I will be removing virgin and finding a new tv and broadband company.

Sorry to see you're seeking to downgrade your package.

 

We would require customers to call us on 0345 454 1111 or 150 from your landline or Virgin Mobile phone. 

 

The number is charged at landline rates, and would deduct from the minutes on your tariff at no extra cost.
