Cancelling my contract

Hope some help out there  as I've read some posts already. How can I cancel my contract, phone still no answer and no joy with the "we will send you a message on your mobile". 

I've got something else sorted out now and don't want to be robbed of another bill.

Section N of the Terms & can cancel in writing.  Be aware that VM move at glacial speeds at the best of times, and tectonic speeds under lockdown, so there's a good chance that your cancellation won't be processed by the next billing run (but you have remembered that VM need a month's notice anyway?).
