I had tried to cancel sky sports in March. I couldn’t get through on the phone despite being on hold for ages each time. Then the service was paused. Today I tried to cancel online, by phone then again by online chat, then by phone. The second time of calling, after 40 mins on hold, I got through to quite a terse operator and was able to thankfully cancel this product. What a total palaver!
