Cancelling, NOT pausing Sky Sports

I note VM now had an on-line option to pause subscriptions - well done.

However, I want to cancel, hence I’m trying to get hold of customer service & have been since 10.15am today I.e 20 mins now and counting plus 2 hours yesterday.  I will keep posting the time on hold until this is resolved!

Now 11.15 call still not answered by customer service nor is Gadget Rescue being answered on the other line. Now have cramp in my hand. 2 days of trying to cancel!

Given Covid-19 it’s what I expected but VM, please be honest with your customers there is no operator there to answer my call.

Where is VM’s business integrity?

Will look for the CEO’s email address and just drop an email to say I would like to cancel my Sky Sports and Gadget Rescue subscriptions. It won’t be answered but it will be very cathartic for me.
