Cancellation

I rung up last month and upon being spoken rudely to we agreed to cancel my virgin media tv and broadband. The woman on the cancellation team said my Virgin would now finish on 28th September as it takes 30days to cancel. It’s now 6th September and I still haven’t received any cancellation information.

my question is has she actually cancelled my account?

Hello PaulMac43,

 

Our system unfortunately does not send cancellation confirmations however I can confirm that the disconnection has been raised. Please wait until the disconnection date and you should receive a final bill 10 days after the actual disconnection date.
