Cancel sports channels

Given the situation with Covid 19, in the UK all sporting events have been cancelled, therefore the channels I subscribe to are not providing content I bought. However I am unable to change/cancel on line. Additionally, and understandably, I can’t get through to speak to anyone on the customer helpline - tried twice on hold for over 60 mins and gave up..Therefore, it’s impossible to change, in the meantime Virgin continue to take my direct debit.  How can I resolve this?

I would also like an answer to this question. My sports channels have been useless now for over a week.  I can’t be paying for a service that isn’t being provided surely?
